VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

The ADDA frequently needs volunteers to assist with various events and in the office.  If you are interested please contact the ADDA at 803-649-2221 or at adda_asst@atlantic.net.

Events
  • Deliver signage to participating business
  • Remove signage from participating businesses
  • Help coordinate event participants
  • Hand out maps and surveys
  • Collect surveys
  • Touch base with participants and help fulfill needs
  • Relieve other volunteers for breaks
  • Man check-in station (if needed)
  • Fill luminary bags, place luminary bags on streets, light candles in luminaries or extinguish candles & pick up luminaries (Night of 1000 Lights)
  • Take pictures for ADDA office

Office
  • Help organize stock area
  • Light office duties
  • Help get Shop Local surveys handed out and collected
  • Deliver inter-office mail to City
  • Deliver items as needed to businesses within walking distance
  • Scrapbooking
